I called FedEx today, and they weren't exactly clear. I've used it twice, but only with mailed deliveries. I get an email and pick my parcels up there. It's a Flex Delivery address, meaning it's basically a PO box at the post office in town. Things have been damaged, and though I've complained and been told that my packages would all be taken to the post office, that stopped after two and the same problem started recurring. Instead of putting them in the oversized slots (there are 8 of them amongst the four boxes down the road), he rolls and jams things into the small box that is meant for letters coming to our house. I've had issues with my mail delivery person damaging things I've ordered by cramming them into our community mailbox. I appreciate that a lot, but have read and heard conflicting things about FedEx and PO boxes and am kind of worried.
